1. Services
Trazeroad Logistics provides international freight transport, customs brokerage, warehousing and distribution services in accordance with Azerbaijani law. All services are provided on the basis of a written agreement.
2. Limitation of liability
Trazeroad Logistics is not liable for damages resulting from unforeseen events (force majeure, customs delays, natural disasters) during transport. Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of goods in the contract.
3. Payment terms
Payment for services must be made within the timeframe specified in the contract. A delay interest of 1.5% per month may apply. Prices are set in USD; AZN equivalent is calculated at the official exchange rate.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Baku city courts.
